Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Overview
SubscriberTrends (“we”, “our”, or “the platform”) is a read-only analytics platform. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information beyond what is described in this policy. This page explains what data we access, what we store, and how it is used.
2. YouTube Data API
SubscriberTrends uses the YouTube Data API v3 provided by Google LLC to retrieve publicly available channel and video statistics. This includes subscriber counts, view counts, video counts, channel descriptions, keywords, topic categories, and video metadata.
We access only public data — the same information visible to any user on YouTube. We do not access private channel data, YouTube Analytics data, or any data that requires channel owner authentication.
Your use of SubscriberTrends is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Data We Cache
To reduce load on the YouTube API and improve page performance, we temporarily cache API responses using Cloudflare KV (key-value storage). Cached data includes:
- Channel statistics (subscriber count, view count, video count) — cached for 1 hour
- Recent video lists — cached for 30 minutes
- Search results — cached for 6 hours
This cached data contains only publicly available YouTube information. It is not linked to individual visitors and is automatically purged after the TTL expires.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
- Account credentials or authentication tokens
- Payment information
- Device fingerprints or persistent user identifiers
- Private or non-public YouTube data
5. Cookies & Tracking
SubscriberTrends does not use first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not run advertising trackers, pixels, or behavioral profiling scripts.
Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider) may collect anonymized access logs for security and DDoS protection purposes. These logs do not identify individual visitors and are subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
SubscriberTrends relies on the following third-party services:
- Google / YouTube Data API v3 — data source for all channel and video statistics
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting and edge delivery
- Cloudflare KV — temporary response caching
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review them directly.
7. Children's Privacy
SubscriberTrends is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our platform, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of SubscriberTrends after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
